#BSP MP Dhananjay Singh chargesheeted for rape. #BSP MP Dhananjay Singh, Delhi Police has chargesheeted him in a court for allegedly repeatedly raping a 42-year-old railway employee for nearly four years. Singh has been chargesheeted under various penal provisions of the IPC, including 376 (rape), 377 (unnatural offence), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation).In its charge sheet filed before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sonu Agnihotri, the police alleged that Singh had repeatedly raped the woman between July 2005 to March 2009.Referring to the complaint filed by the woman, the police alleged that the victim was raped several times by Singh at gunpoint and was threatened with dire consequences if she reported the matter.
