This day (25th of January) is marked as a National Voters Day. Please sign this Petition supported by Citizen 4 Forces to be given to the Election Commission of India, which will grant the right on Soldiers to be Registered as a Voter in the Place where they are serving/posted as an ordinary Resident of that Constituency. And same facilities to their respective families. During World War II, Britain made arrangements for its soldiers to vote through mobile polling booths. Nearly 70 years later, when technology has provided solutions to many problems and needs, the Election Commission must act. Election Commission provides soldiers with the options of postal ballot system and proxy voting method, these have not been able to yield results due to certain deficiencies.
