Narendra Modi's Janta Darbar Vs Other Darbars ! Modi organises a SWAGAT session on fourth Thursday of every month in presence of bureaucratic officials at various levels of secretary cadre with some directives given by the CM there and then. SWAGAT covers all 18k villages, 225 talukas and 26 districts of Gujarat with a success rate of over 90%.
